After Sales & Service Policy
We have established after-sales and service procedures in the company regarding our quality products towards customer satisfaction. We provide after-sales and service to our valuable customers to maintain long-term customer relations. We provide service/respond to our customers within 24 hours as soon as we receive a complaint from the customer. If necessary, we depute our service engineer to the customer’s site for making corrections in the product when a minor defect is found. Sometimes we replace the product when we find a major or any critical defect in our product as we receive a concerned complaint from the customer end.
Minor Defects: Loose socket, Scratch on pipe, Solution problem, Dull color. Major & Critical Defects: Heavy crack, Broken pipe.
